- What is a live list?
- A list of the businesses of one niche in one city that is put together after you order it. Each business is looked up at that moment, so the phone number, website and address are the ones it shows today, and businesses that have closed for good are left out.
- How is it different from a stored list?
- A stored list was built earlier and downloads the moment you pay, at $7 per 1,000 rows, with email addresses where businesses publish them. A live list is looked up when you order, takes a few minutes, costs $30 per 1,000 rows and has no email addresses.
- Why does a live list cost more?
- Each row is looked up on its own when you order, and each look-up has a cost. A stored list is built once and sold from the file.
- What happens if fewer businesses are found than I paid for?
- You get every business that was found, and the rows that were not found are refunded at the price you paid for them, to the refund wallet you gave at checkout. If nothing at all is found, the whole payment is refunded.
- Which businesses do I get when I order fewer than the city holds?
- The ones nearest the centre of the city first, working outwards until your number is reached.
- How long does a live list take?
- About a minute for 100 rows and up to about twelve minutes for 2,000, counted from the moment your payment confirms. The order page shows the progress, and the download link is emailed to you.
- Does a live list include email addresses?
- No. A live list has the business name, address, phone number and website. For email addresses, buy the stored list of the same niche and city.
