What it is
There are two parts.
- Lists by niche and place. Choose a niche and a city, a region or a country. You see how many businesses there are, how many have a phone number, a website and an email address, and 5 sample rows, then pay for the rows you want.
- The Lead Market. Independent list builders sell files they collected. The buyer’s payment is held in escrow, the buyer has 48 hours to inspect the file, and the seller is paid once it is accepted.
Who it is for
- Marketing, SEO and web agencies looking for local business clients.
- Sales teams that cover a territory and need every business of one kind in it.
- Freelancers who run outreach for clients.
- List builders who want a place to sell the files they make, with payment protected on both sides.
The rules it keeps
- Business data only. No consumer data, no breached or leaked data, no sensitive data.
- You see what you are buying first: the count and real sample rows, before any payment.
- One price, paid once. No subscription and no credits.
- Every file uploaded to the Lead Market is checked automatically before it can be listed.
- A business can ask for its row to be corrected or removed.
The details are in how the data is built and checked, the Prohibited Data Policy and the Marketplace Terms.
How payment works
Payment is in USDT or USDC. Checkout shows the exact amount before you pay. Lead Market payments are held in escrow until the buyer accepts the file. The pricing page has the prices and the Refund Policy has the refund rules.
