Lead Market
Lead Market files are priced by their sellers.
Each listing shows its price. Checkout shows the full amount before you pay, and the payment stays in escrow until you accept the file.
Buying a file?
The amount you pay is on screen before you confirm. It is held in escrow until you accept the file or the inspection window ends.
Selling a file?
Listing is free and there is no monthly fee. What you receive for a sale is shown before you publish.

Time limits
Every step of an order has a clock.
These limits apply to every Lead Market order. The order page shows a countdown for the one that is running.

How you pay

- An invoice stays open for 60 minutes.
- An order counts as paid only when the payment is confirmed on the network, not while it is still confirming.
- You give a refund wallet at checkout. Any refund goes back to that address.
Questions
Refunds, verification and acceptance.
- Can I get a refund?
- On the Lead Market you can ask for one until you download the file. During the 48-hour inspection window you can report a problem. The team checks the file against its quality report within 48 hours and decides one of three things: the payment is released to the seller, you get a partial refund in proportion to the bad rows, or you get a full refund. Refunds go to the refund wallet you gave at checkout. The full rules are in the Refund Policy.
- Why does downloading end the right to a refund?
- Download means acceptance. Before you download you can read every row in the protected viewer, so you decide with the whole file in front of you. Once the file has left the platform it cannot be returned, so there are no disputes or refunds after a download.
- What does “verified” mean?
- On Instant Lists, a verified row is a business whose email address was found on the business’s own website and passed an email verification check. It is not a promise that every message will be delivered. On Lead Market listings, the verified email rate comes from the automatic upload checks: syntax, mail server records, and live verification of a sample of 200 rows.
- What can I see before I pay?
- For an Instant List: live counts and 5 masked sample rows, with the price shown upfront. For a Lead Market listing: the row count, columns, collection date, the quality report, the seller’s level and rating, and 5 masked sample rows.
- What happens if I do nothing during the inspection window?
- The order is accepted automatically when the 48 hours end. If something is wrong with the file, report it before the window closes.
