How selling works
From listing to payout.
You list the file once. From then on the platform checks it, holds the buyer's money, shows the buyer a protected copy and pays you.

Create a listing and upload the file
Describe the file: niche, place, row count, columns, the date it was collected, how it was collected, the share of verified emails, and a fixed price or "contact for price". You upload the full file now. It is encrypted, stored, and never shown before purchase. Buyers see 5 masked sample rows.

Automatic checks build the quality report
7 checks run on the full file. The row count has to match the listing within 1%. The results become the quality report on your listing: buyers judge the file by it before paying, and the same numbers settle disputes later.

Once the payment is confirmed, the file is released to the buyer's protected viewer, automatically or by you within 24 hours. The buyer has 48 hours to accept and download or to report a problem. With no action, the order is accepted when the window ends.

How your file is protected
Buyers inspect a view-only copy first.
No website can block a screenshot or a phone camera. The protection comes from deterrence and evidence, and from the rule that a buyer who downloads has accepted. Problem reports are reviewed by the team within 48 hours, against the quality report.

The buyer's payment is confirmed and held in escrow before anyone sees your file.

The buyer inspects a paged, watermarked copy drawn as images. Each page carries their email, the order number and the time. Page views are rate-limited and logged.
Control records
Every buyer's copy contains a few unique control rows. If a buyer uses the data and then reports a problem, the report is rejected and you are paid.
Download means acceptance
Once a buyer downloads, the order can no longer be disputed or refunded.

Automatic checks on upload
Every file is checked before it can be listed.
The checks keep junk files out of the market, and they give you a record to stand on: a problem report is judged against the quality report the buyer saw before paying.

What you can sell, and what can never be sold.
You can sell
- Business-level data: business name, address, business phone, website, business-domain email
- Data collected from public or permitted sources, such as business websites and public directories
- Files you built yourself or otherwise have the right to sell
Never allowed
- Consumer data: data about private individuals, not businesses
- Breached, hacked, leaked or stolen data, or anything obtained without the source's permission
- Passwords, hashes, dates of birth, government ID numbers, financial account or card data, health data
- Lists built to wash spam traps, or files you do not have the right to sell
The data attestation
Before a listing is submitted for checks, you confirm three things about the file: the data came from public or permitted sources, it contains no consumer, breached or sensitive data, and you have the right to sell it. You remain responsible for collecting data lawfully. A file that breaks the attestation can be removed, and its payout withheld.
