Buyers post the list they need. Sellers make offers. The deal runs through the same escrow as every Lead Market order, and each seller stays responsible for collecting the data lawfully.

The niche, the place (a city, a region, a country, or worldwide), the number of rows and the columns. A request stays open for 14 days.
Each offer states a price, a row count and the days needed to deliver. Only the buyer sees the offers.
The buyer accepts one offer and pays the amount shown at checkout. The seller uploads the file, it passes the same upload checks, and the buyer has 48 hours to inspect it.
