Each business is found when your payment confirms, not read from a file built earlier.
From the centre outwards
The look-up starts at the centre of the city, or of your radius, and works outwards until your number is reached.
Businesses that are open
A business marked as closed for good is left out.
Not found goes to your wallet
If fewer businesses are found than you paid for, the price of the missing rows is added to your wallet on LeadsByCity. Spend it on another list or withdraw it from $10.

Fresh look-up: questions and answers.
- What is a fresh look-up?
- A list of the businesses of one category around one city that is put together after you order it. Each business is found at that moment, so the list is as the businesses stand today, and those that have closed for good are left out.
- How is it different from a list from your database?
- A list from our database was built earlier and downloads the moment you pay: $7 per 1,000 rows with websites and email addresses, or $33 with phone numbers. A fresh look-up is made when you order, takes a few minutes, and has no email addresses: $7 per 1,000 rows with the name and address of each business, or $33 with its phone number and website too.
- Is a fresh look-up guaranteed to find every row I order?
- No. You choose any number of rows from 100 to 10,000 and pay for them in advance, and the look-up finds as many as there are. If it finds fewer, you get every business it found, and the price of the rows that are missing is added to your wallet on LeadsByCity. If it finds nothing, the whole payment goes to your wallet.
- What can I do with the money in my wallet?
- Use it to pay for another list, in part or in full, or ask for it to be sent to your crypto wallet. The smallest withdrawal is $10.
- Can I choose the area?
- Yes. Choose a city, and then either the whole city or a radius around its centre, from 1 to 50 km (30 miles). The businesses nearest the centre come first.
- What is the difference between the two prices?
- Without phone numbers, at $7 per 1,000 rows, each row has the business name and its address. With phone numbers, at $33 per 1,000 rows, each row also has the phone number and the website, which take a look-up of their own for every business.
